If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICEPrixel is an AI-powered mobile application that provides estimated market values for items based on photographs uploaded by users. The App uses artificial intelligence technology to analyze images and provide price estimates, condition assessments, market trend information, and related data.3. USER ACCOUNTS3.1 Account Creation- You must create an account to use certain features of the App
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account3.2 Account Responsibilities- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms4. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS4.1 Free Plan- Includes 3 AI analyses per month
- Basic features as described in the App4.2 Prixel Pro Subscription- Monthly subscription fee of $4.99
- 7-day free trial for new subscribers
- Unlimited analyses and premium features
- Automatically renews unless cancelled4.3 Payment and Billing- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account
- Payment will be charged to your account upon confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period4.4 Cancellation and Refunds- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple or Google account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial months or unused portions of your subscription
- Refund requests must be made through Apple App Store or Google Play Store5. USE OF THE SERVICE5.1 Permitted Use- Use the App for personal or commercial item valuation purposes
- Upload clear, appropriate images of items for analysis
- Respect intellectual property rights of others5.2 Prohibited Use You may not:- Upload inappropriate, illegal, or copyrighted content
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purposes
- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to circumvent usage limitations6. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS6.1 Accuracy Disclaimer- Price estimates are AI-generated approximations based on available data
- Estimates are not guarantees of actual market value
- Actual selling prices may vary significantly from estimates
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any estimates6.2 No Professional Advice- The App does not provide professional appraisal services
- Estimates should not be used for insurance, legal, or tax purposes
- Consult qualified professionals for official appraisals6.3 Limitation of Liability- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription
- We are not responsible for decisions made based on App estimates7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY7.1 Our Rights- We own all rights to the App, including software, algorithms, and content
- The Prixel name, logo, and trademarks are our property7.2 Your Content- You retain ownership of images you upload
- By uploading images, you grant us a license to process them for analysis
- We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our services8. PRIVACYYour privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.9. TERMINATION9.1 Termination by You- You may stop using the App at any time
- You may delete your account through the App settings9.2 Termination by Us- We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms
- We may discontinue the App with reasonable notice10. CHANGES TO TERMSWe may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.11. GOVERNING LAWThese Terms are governed by the laws of New York/United States of America.
